Ephraim Senyo Adeti is a Monitoring and Evaluation Assistant with us and has a strong academic background in business and education. He holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Education from the Catholic University, Sunyani, and a Bachelor of Arts in Integrated Business Studies from the University for Development Studies (UDS), Wa.
Ephraim is passionate about data collection, analysis, and information management, and is committed to using data to support evidence-based decision-making and enhance programme effectiveness. In his role, he supports the monitoring, evaluation, and reporting of our projects, ensuring the timely collection, management, and analysis of data to track progress, measure impact, and strengthen organisational learning.
He works closely with project teams and community stakeholders to improve accountability and contribute to the successful implementation of sustainable livelihood initiatives, particularly those that promote beekeeping, environmental conservation, and community development.
