Gideon responsible for leading our outreach and training activities, promoting best practices in beekeeping, and supporting the capacity development of our stakeholders in line with the BfDG’s mission and goals. . Skilled in fostering relationships with local beekeepers to ensure a sustainable and reliable market while maintaining high standards of product quality and customer satisfaction. Passionate about harnessing the potential of beekeeping for both environmental conservation and socio-economic development in Afram Plains. Beekeeping has been Gideon’s main focus since 2008. After some of his apiaries were robbed in the first years, he decided to address the problem by supporting others to start beekeeping themselves and leading our beekeeping outreach and training efforts across Afram Plains and beyond.
