Rejoice Azameti

Rejoice is responsible for overseeing the operations, growth, and sustainability of the Trade Centre. She ensures the effective functioning of the Centre as hub for production, processing and marketing of honey and beeswax while empowering and promoting sustainable livelihoods. She is a beekeeper and Professional Woman Beekeeper Trainer, trained by Bees for Development Ghana. She has a background in Business Management and has worked in the hospitality industry for five years before moving into beekeeping. She is passionate about natural resource management and rural development and is committed to seeing the lives of the rural poor, especially women and children, in a sustainable way. Her role is to assist in the day-to-day operations of the Honey and Beeswax Trade Centre in Donkorkrom, support beekeeper outreaches, and help coordinate the activities of our Buzz Club project.
